「 FSM 基金靈」賬戶 - 收費附表
Reference to clauses in this Fee Schedule is to clauses in the Client Agreement. 本收費附表條款請參閱客戶協議。
Fees and Charges 服務費
i. Platform Fee is a fee charged by IFHK, calculated at a percentage per annum (refer to the Performance Fee Fees Table) of the aggregate value of the Customer’s investment in Securities excluding any balance in the Cash Account. The fee will be deducted quarterly by IFHK from the Customer’s Cash Account.
平台服務費是由奕豐金融收取的年度費用，按客戶累積的證券投資總值(不包括現金賬戶的現金結餘)而計算（參閱平台服務費收費表）。此費用是由奕豐金融按季度從客戶的現金賬戶中扣除。
ii. Transfer Fee is a fee charged by IFHK. For transfer out of holdings from FSM Smart Account to FSM Basic account(s), FSM Smart account(s) or to any investment account(s) held with other third parties, a transfer fee of 1.5% of prevailing market value of units being transferred shall apply.
基金交付費是由奕豐金融收取的費用。如客戶從「FSM基金靈」賬戶交付有關基金至「FSM基本」賬戶、「FSM基金靈」賬戶或其他第三者，被轉移基金當時的市值的1.5%將被收取為基金交付費。

i. Fund Management Fee as charged by the relevant fund managers and embodied in the unit price of the securities and other fees (including but not limited to fund manager retention charges) as set out in fund’s prospectuses or offering documents.
相關基金公司收取的證券管理費用已反映於證券價格內及載於基金說明書或銷售文件上的其他費用（包括但不限於基金公司保留費）。
ii. Where applicable, if any "back-end load" Security is subscribed, the back-end fees payable to the relevant fund managers within the investment will be deducted from the Customer’s redemption proceeds of the Security.
如客戶認購任何「末端費用（Back-end Load）」證券，有關費用將由客戶於該證券之贖回款項中扣除 。
iii. Trailer Fee is a commission rebated by the fund managers to IFHK based on the net asset value under management of units in the Securities arising from requests for subscriptions transmitted by the Customer who has been accepted by the relevant fund managers and which units have not been sold or redeemed.
「管理佣金」指基金經理退還予奕豐金融的佣金，該佣金按照客戶已傳送而被有關基金經理接受的認購要求，而又未賣出或贖回的證券單位資產淨值計算。
Note: Bank charges on switch, redemption proceeds or transfer of funds from cash accounts to the Customer’s bank account(s) where applicable shall be borne by the Customer.
註： 客戶須承擔由客戶之現金賬戶進行證券轉換、贖回款項或把證券轉移至銀行戶口時須付的銀行收費。
IFHK may vary or introduce new Service Fees from time to time. The Customer will be notified in writing of any changes.
奕豐金融有權更改或提出新的服務費用，並以書面通知客戶有關安排。
